CA. Arbet B. Kamath, is one of the founder and Managing Director of Matrix Chartered Accountants, with working experience of more than 30 years in various industries in different capacities. The working experience includes working in multinational companies like Siemens AG Group, Germany, Khaitan Group of India and also has worked for 18 years with OOSC Group companies in Oman.
During the working experience of 30 years, he has handled & exposed to: Audit & Audit related services, Taxation & Tax Audits, Project Scheduling &Project Management, Capital Budgeting &Monitoring, Working Capital Management, Investment Advisory &Wealth Management, Setting up of Companies, Corporate Finance functions like Mergers, Acquisitions, restructuring, project financing, feasibility etc, Setting up of internal management systems with formulations of systems &procedures compared to international standard. During the working experience he has handled all the aspect of Finance, Accounts, Audit&Taxation.

Sulaiman Al Rahbi, National Director of Matrix Chartered Accountants, is a holder of a Bachelors degree in  accounting and is a qualified accounting practitioner. He worked for 4 years with Morison Muscat, Chartered Accountant firm and was involved in accounting, audit and taxation assignments. He also advises various clients on local business and accounting practices. He is one of the key promoter of Matrix Chartered Accountants. He is also proprietor of One Step Business Solutions, which is an Omani Company caters to the needs of SME’s in Oman providing business process outsouring solutions. He is in charge of Business Process Outsourcing, Government Advisory, Arabic Accounting Services and Local Practice Issues within Matrix Chartered Accountants. During his 4 years of stint with Morison Muscat, he was team leader for Omantel’s physical stock verificaiton for atleast 3 years besides having worked in four departments such as Contract Accounting, Business Advisory, project Management and Audit.
